Lynn is a credentialed First Aid and CPR, Stop the Bleed®, and Psychological First Aid instructor who is passionate about helping people develop the skills and confidence to respond effectively in an emergency.
With years of experience as a medical practice manager and surgical assistant to a private-practice eye surgeon, Lynn brings practical healthcare knowledge, sound judgment, and a strong understanding of patient care to every class. She also works as an independent contractor for Road Guardians, teaching Accident Scene Management courses that prepare motorcyclists and community members to respond safely and effectively at the scene of a crash.
Beyond the classroom, Lynn serves on advisory boards for specialty healthcare publications and as a Vision Director for the world’s largest free vision clinic by patient volume. In this role, she helps coordinate care for individuals who might otherwise have limited access to essential services.
Lynn combines real-world medical experience with clear, hands-on instruction so participants understand not only how to perform lifesaving skills, but also why those actions matter. Her teaching style is approachable, encouraging, and grounded in realistic situations, helping students of all experience levels feel capable and prepared.
She believes that a well-trained individual can be an invaluable resource to their family, workplace, and community. Her goal is to make lifesaving education accessible, practical, and empowering while helping create a broader culture of readiness.
